Sponsorship Coordinator
Job Description
As a Sponsorship Coordinator at Circles Conference, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our network of sponsors. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, showcasing the value of partnering with our vibrant and innovative community. You’ll be at the forefront of our sponsorship initiatives, driving the acquisition of both monetary and in-kind sponsorships.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outreach to identify and connect with potential sponsors, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Circles Conference.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their continued support and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure both monetary and in-kind sponsorships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sponsorship packages and materials to attract new sponsors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, addressing inquiries, providing necessary information, and ensuring commitments are fulfilled.
- Regularly report progress, updates, and feedback to the Circles Conference team.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for networking and relationship building.
- Proven experience in sales, sponsorship acquisition, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach to acquiring sponsors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple sponsorship relationships simultaneously.
- Passion for our mission and enthusiasm for promoting the Circles Conference experience.
