This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the software or digital products (“Product”) provided by Circles Company 777, Inc. (“Circles Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

a. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Circles Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes.

b. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Product.

2. Intellectual Property

a. The Product, including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Circles Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Product.

3. Restrictions

a. You agree not to: i. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Product. ii. Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Product. iii. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from the Product.

4. Updates and Support

a. Circles Company may provide updates, modifications, or enhancements to the Product at its discretion. Such updates may require additional acceptance of terms.

b. Support for the Product may be provided at Circles Company’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees or terms.

5. Termination

a. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Circles Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.

b. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. Circles Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product.

7. Governing Law

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
