Job Description
As an Education Program Coordinator at Circles Conference, your primary focus will be to establish and nurture partnerships with colleges and universities for our specialized education program. This program allows educational institutions to sponsor our conference, enabling their faculty, staff, and students to attend our event and access free online streaming of the conference content.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach efforts targeting colleges and universities, emphasizing the benefits of sponsoring our conference through the education program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions, highlighting how our conference aligns with their educational objectives and offers valuable opportunities for their members.
- Create tailored proposals and materials outlining the advantages of participating in our education program.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to customize promotional materials specifically for educational institutions.
- Serve as the key liaison between Circles Conference and sponsoring colleges/universities, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth sponsorship experience.
- Regularly update and report progress, successes, and feedback to the Circles Conference team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with colleges and universities.
- Prior experience in partnership development, sponsorships, or educational program coordination is beneficial.
- Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships within the academic sector.
