About Past Position Experience:
As the head of planning for S-Angel, Sungkyunkwan University’s official student ambassador organization, I have gained valuable experience in event management, guest coordination, and problem-solving. Over two years, I have successfully organized more than 20 events, including campus campaign booths, university seminars, and alumni networking gatherings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to coordinate logistics, manage attendee interactions, and adapt quickly to real-time challenges—skills that align directly with the responsibilities of a CIRCLES 2025 Volunteer Assistant.
My role often required me to handle reception duties, greet invited guests, guide them on stage for ceremonies, distribute materials, and ensure a seamless experience. During our university's annual New Year's Greeting event, I encountered an unexpected situation when an unlisted award recipient arrived without prior notice, leading to a shortage of award sets. I quickly assessed the situation, coordinated with my team, and revised the award distribution plan to ensure that all recipients were acknowledged without disrupting the ceremony. This experience reinforced my ability to remain calm under pressure, collaborate effectively, and solve logistical challenges on the spot.
I am eager to bring this proactive mindset to CIRCLES 2025, assisting with registration, guest coordination, and logistical support to ensure a seamless and inspiring experience for all attendees. It would be an honor to be part of a team dedicated to creativity, collaboration, and impactful storytelling.
