About Past Position Experience:
I have previous experience volunteering at the AWE Conference 2024 in Long Beach, CA, where I had the opportunity to assist in several key areas similar to those outlined for the Volunteer Assistant role at Circles Conference. During my time at AWE Conference, I primarily supported booth operations and registration activities.

At the booths, I engaged attendees, answered questions about products/services, and ensured promotional materials were well-stocked and organized. This role required strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of conference participants.

Additionally, I worked at the registration desk, where I welcomed attendees, distributed conference materials, and provided information on the conference schedule and activities. This experience strengthened my organizational abilities and attention to detail, crucial for maintaining an efficient and welcoming registration process.
