Each meetup features a local creative who shares their story, insights, or process, followed by time for open conversation and networking. The goal is to keep things casual, encouraging, and community-driven so every creative who walks in leaves feeling refreshed and connected.

Circles Conference has always been about more than one week in September. Each year we see the power of bringing creatives together, but we know that one event is not enough to carry the inspiration through the rest of the year. For a long time, people have asked how they can experience Circles more often and in their own communities. Circles Meetups are the answer, and the vision we would love to see become reality.
Our goal is to launch Circles Meetups in January 2026. From there, we hope to see small groups of creatives gathering in cities across the country each month to share ideas, build friendships, and stay encouraged in their work. Then, when September arrives, all of these chapters come together at Circles Conference for one big family reunion. But we cannot do this without you. Remember, it takes you to help grow this community. By saying yes to leading, you help bring the Circles experience to life where you live.

We will provide you with Circles branding, artwork, and graphics to make promoting your meetup easy. You’ll also have access to resources and guidance from the Circles team, along with encouragement from other chapter leaders.
Do I have to lead a Circles Meetup alone?
No. Each meetup should have a main leader, but we encourage forming a small team to help share the responsibilities.
What does a community board look like?
A community board usually has about four people who work together to keep things running smoothly. This makes it easier, more sustainable, and more fun.
What roles could the board include?
Typical roles might be: a Chapter Lead who communicates with Circles HQ, a Speaker Coordinator who invites local creatives, a Hospitality Coordinator who handles snacks and sponsors, and a Community + Promotions Coordinator who spreads the word and keeps people connected.
Do chapter members receive a discount for Circles Conference?
Yes. As part of being involved in a Circles Meetup, chapter leaders and members will have access to discounted pricing for Circles Conference in September.
