Refund Policy
If you can no longer make it to the conference, please read the terms and conditions below.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration and/or any workshops, you must do so in writing to circles@circlesco.com no later than August 22, 2025. For each individual conference pass, cancellations made before August 22, 2025, will incur a cancellation fee of $175. Cancellations made after August 22, 2025, as well as attendees who fail to attend without prior notification, will be responsible for the full registration fee.
If you need to cancel one or more workshops, cancellation fees will apply separately for each workshop. For workshops priced at $97, the cancellation fee is $40 per workshop. For workshops priced at $197, the cancellation fee is $80 per workshop.
In the unlikely event of a pandemic, such as COVID-19, we need to pivot our conference to an online-only event, your registration will be automatically switched to an online pass. If we must postpone the event to the upcoming year entirely due to a pandemic, your pass will be transferred for a future conference and refunds will not be issued.
Refunds
COVID-19 Update: We are not offering any refunds on COVID-19 cancellations for the Circles Conference on September 22-26, 2025. There is a $175 charge to cancel and refund each individual conference pass. Online passes will be charged $100 for cancellation.
If you sponsored a creative, you have until August 22, 2025, to cancel that sponsorship. There will be a $175 charge to cancel and refund each sponsored pass. Plane tickets and hotel accommodations for creatives will be made after 48 hours of agreed sponsorship. Please email circles@circlesco.com if you wish to cancel your pass.
Transferring Your Pass
If you can’t make it, you may share your pass privately, but we ask you not to sell it publicly. If you wish to do so, you must notify us by September 19, 2025. No transfers can be issued for passes that are cancelled on or after September 19, 2025. Sponsorship passes cannot be transferred. Please email circles@circlesco.com if you wish to transfer your pass to another person.
Why all the policies?
We have bills and budgets too! Putting forth policies helps us meet all invoices that are due before the conference. On top of that, this allows us to print super awesome lanyards for all final attendees before the event.
