If you can no longer make it to the conference, please read the terms and conditions below.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration and/or any workshops, you must do so in writing to circles@circlesco.com. Full refunds, minus a $125 processing fee, will be granted for cancellations made on or before May 1, 2026. Cancellations made between May 2, 2026 and August 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the total registration amount. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026, and attendees who fail to attend without prior notification will be responsible for the full registration fee.

If you need to cancel one or more workshops, cancellation fees will apply separately for each workshop. For workshops priced at $97, the cancellation fee is $40 per workshop. For workshops priced at $197, the cancellation fee is $80 per workshop.

In the unlikely event of a pandemic or emergency that requires us to pivot our conference to an online-only format, your registration will automatically transfer to an online pass. If we must postpone the event to the following year entirely, your pass will be transferred to a future conference and refunds will not be issued.

Refunds

We are not offering any refunds on cancellations related to COVID-19 or similar health concerns for the Circles Conference on September 28 – October 2, 2026. Refunds will follow the cancellation structure listed above. Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $125 fee. Cancellations made between May 2 and August 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after August 1, 2026 will not be eligible for any refund.

If you sponsored a creative, you have until August 1, 2026 to cancel that sponsorship. There will be a $125 charge to cancel and refund each sponsored pass. Plane tickets and hotel accommodations for creatives will be made within 48 hours of the agreed sponsorship. Please email circles@circlesco.com if you wish to cancel your pass.

Transferring Your Pass

If you can’t make it, you may share your pass privately, but we ask that you do not sell it publicly. If you wish to transfer your pass, you must notify us by September 19, 2026. No transfers can be issued for passes that are cancelled on or after September 19, 2026. Sponsorship passes cannot be transferred. Please email circles@circlesco.com if you wish to transfer your pass to another person.

Why all the policies?

We have bills and budgets too! Putting forth policies helps us meet all invoices that are due before the conference. On top of that, this allows us to print super-awesome lanyards and personalized materials for all final attendees before the event.
