Photographer
Job Description
As a Photographer at Circles Conference, you’ll be responsible for capturing the creative energy, community, and visual story of our event. From speakers on stage to candid moments in the crowd, your work will help document and showcase the experience for future attendees and partners.
We will cover flights and hotel for this role, though preference will be given to candidates located in the DFW area.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos throughout Circles Conference, including sessions, workshops, networking events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan shot lists and ensure key moments are covered.
- Edit and deliver a curated collection of photos that align with Circles’ visual style and brand tone.
- Organize and label final images for easy access and future use in marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other team members onsite to coordinate access and timing for key moments.
Requirements
- Previous experience photographing live events, conferences, or performances preferred.
- Strong technical skills in photography, lighting, and post-processing.
- Ability to capture both posed and candid moments with an eye for storytelling.
- Owns professional camera gear suitable for indoor and stage photography.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and following a fast-paced schedule.
