Job Description
As a Growth Specialist at Circles Conference, your primary responsibility will be to drive and expand conference attendance by cultivating strategic partnerships with agencies and companies. You’ll play a crucial role in increasing the number of attendees by leveraging organizational relationships and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Initiate proactive communication and engagement with agencies and companies to promote attendance at the Circles Conference.
- Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key organizations to encourage their employees or members to attend the conference.
- Tailored Presentations: Create customized proposals and presentations showcasing the benefits and value of conference participation for agency/company personnel.
- Collaborative Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies aimed at boosting attendance through agency and corporate partnerships.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Regularly engage and maintain communication with agency/company representatives, providing information and addressing inquiries related to conference attendance.
Requirements
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to devise and execute strategic plans to foster attendee growth through agency and corporate channels.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of attending the conference.
- Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and organizational decision-makers.
- Sales or Outreach Experience: Prior experience in sales, outreach, or partnership development is advantageous.
- Goal-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented mindset focused on achieving attendee growth targets.
